Ardmore had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 29.8 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They beat the Midwest City Bombers by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 52-47. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 52-47 on Wednesday.

Ardmore's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Midwest City, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ardmore won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Will Rogers College at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Midwest City, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Altus at 6:00 p.m.
