Flag Football Game Preview: Miramonte Matadors vs. Alhambra Bulldogs + How To Watch

Miramonte is 0-3 against Alhambra since October of 2023 but things could change on Monday. The Matadors will look to defend their home field against the Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. Alhambra took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Miramonte, who comes in off a win.

Miramonte is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They claimed a resounding 40-6 win over Ygnacio Valley. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Matadors as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Alhambra fell victim to Clayton Valley Charter and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They took a blow against the Ugly Eagles, falling 31-0. The defensive woes were uncharacteristic for the Bulldogs, who until this matchup were averaging 10.57 points allowed.

Alhambra's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Miramonte, their win bumped their record up to 2-7.

Miramonte took a serious blow against Alhambra in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, falling 32-0. Thankfully for the Matadors, Jessica Blake (who threw for 256 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per attempt) won't be suiting up this time.
