After a string of three wins, Lancaster's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 60-53 to the Serra Cavaliers.

Lancaster's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alvaro Martinez, who posted 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of De'Shane Evans, who scored 13 points.

Serra's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jeremiah Graham led the charge by dropping a triple-double on 16 points, ten rebounds, and ten assists. Another player making a difference was Chinemerem Anyikwa, who put up 11 points in addition to seven boards and four steals.

Lancaster's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Serra, the victory got them back to even at 11-11.

Lancaster will take on Eastside at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Eastside is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.6 points per game this season. As for Serra, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, an 82-56 defeat against St. Monica on the 20th.
