Soccer Game Preview: Stockbridge vs. McDonough

The Stockbridge Tigers will challenge the McDonough Warhawks at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Stockbridge lost 7-3 to Eagle's Landing on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, McDonough was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against Union Grove, falling 9-0.

Stockbridge's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for McDonough, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Stockbridge took their win against McDonough when the teams last played back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 5-1. Will Stockbridge repeat their success, or does McDonough have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
