Baseball Preview: Timberline Wolves vs. Owyhee Storm
The Timberline Wolves will head out on the road to challenge the Owyhee Storm at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Timberline took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 5-1 win over Nampa.
Timberline got a great performance from Owen Morris as he struck out six batters over 5.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and only one walk). Morris has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive pitching appearances.

Timberline's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Owyhee, they pushed their record up to 12-2 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road.
