Eldorado has gone a perfect 6-0 against Santa Fe recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Golden Eagles will host the Demons at 6:30 p.m.

Eldorado is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New Mexico's top teams: La Cueva, who was ranked first at the time (Eldorado was ranked 14th). The Golden Eagles lost 3-0 to the Bears on Saturday. The match was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Eldorado it sure didn't stay that way.

Meanwhile, Manzano kept up with Santa Fe until halftime on Saturday, but afterwards: not so much. The Demons put the hurt on the Monarchs with a sharp 5-1 victory. The win continues a trend for Santa Fe in their matchups with Manzano: they've now won nine in a row.

Luis Ruano and Jasper Wiltenburg scored all five of Santa Fe's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

Eldorado's loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 7-4-1. As for Santa Fe, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.

Eldorado was able to grind out a solid win over Santa Fe in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 2-0. Will the Golden Eagles repeat their success, or do the Demons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
