Vineland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 58-40 bruising from the Hammonton Blue Devils. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Vineland's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Hammonton, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Coming up, Vineland will challenge Winslow Township at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Hammonton, they will take on Millville at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Blue Devils will be up against the Thunderbolts' rather soft defense (which has allowed 56.8 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
