Baseball Recap: Poland Comes Up Short

Poland came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 11-0 to the Greely Rangers. The loss continues a trend for the Knights in their meetings with the Rangers: they've now lost nine in a row.

Poland now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Greely, the win keeps they at an undefeated 7-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Poland will take on Lewiston at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Greely, they will challenge Freeport at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Rangers are facing the Falcons at the right time seeing as the Falcons are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
