Baseball Recap: Benedictine Victorious

Benedictine got themselves on the board against Strongsville on Friday, but Strongsville never followed suit. They came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 4-0.

The win got Benedictine back to even at 6-6. As for Strongsville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-6.

Looking ahead, Benedictine will be playing in front of their home fans against Olmsted Falls at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Bulldogs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.55 runs per game on average), something the Bengals will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Strongsville, they will challenge Shaker Heights at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
