Football Game Preview: Colorado School for the Deaf Blind vs. Edison

On Friday Colorado School for the Deaf Blind will take on Edison at 4:00 PM. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.

Things haven't been easy for Colorado School for the Deaf Blind, and their game last Friday only extended their streak of losses to seven. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 46-69 walloping at Deer Trail's hands. Yes, you read that final score correctly. Yes, this was football.

Meanwhile, Edison found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 33-63 punch to the gut against Genoa-Hugo last Saturday. The state rankings had actually given Edison a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.

Colorado School for the Deaf Blind took a serious blow against Edison the last time the two teams met, falling 0-40. Can Colorado School for the Deaf Blind avenge their loss, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
