Basketball Recap: Roanoke-Benson Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Deer Creek-Mackinaw, Roanoke-Benson was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They slipped by the Hillsboro Hiltoppers 47-46.

Roanoke-Benson's victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Hillsboro, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Roanoke-Benson will square off against Marquette at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. As for Hillsboro, they will take on Auburn at 7:15 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
