Naches Valley had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They walked away with a 7-4 win over the Zillah Leopards. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 19-13 on Thursday.

Naches Valley's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-8. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.7 runs over those games. As for Zillah, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.

Naches Valley will host Kiona-Benton at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bears will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last. As for Zillah, they are taking a road trip to challenge Warden at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
