Football Recap: Tri-State Crusaders Takes a Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Tri-State Crusaders couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They were outmatched by the Waldron Mohawks and fell 34-6. The matchup was a 6-6 toss-up at halftime, but the King's Crusaders couldn't quite close it out.

Kylen Zimmerman threw for 136 yards on nine of 19 attempts. Donovan Sproul was his top target, picking up 82 receiving yards. On the ground, Elias Kroeker rushed for 40 yards.

Tri-State Crusaders moved to 9-2 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak. As for Waldron, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.
