Greenbrier came tearing into Tuesday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Brunswick Pirates with a sharp 12-3 win. The Wolfpack might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 games by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Josie McQuillan, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI she has posted over her last nine matchups. Another player making a difference was Harlem Waul, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

Greenbrier hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least one batters in three consecutive contests.

Greenbrier's record is now 19-8. As for Brunswick, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-13.
