Softball Game Preview: Gilbert Indians vs. Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles

For the second straight game, Gilbert will face off against Gray Collegiate Academy. The Indians will challenge the War Eagles at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Gilbert 1.8, Gray Collegiate Academy 2.2) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Gilbert is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of South Carolina's top teams: Gray Collegiate Academy, who was ranked fourth at the time (Gilbert was ranked 15th). The Indians' pitchers stepped up to hand the War Eagles a 1-0 shutout on Monday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.
