Basketball Recap: Unalaska Takes a Loss

Unalaska was the 41-34 winner over Seward when they last played one another back in January of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Unalaska Raiders took a 58-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Seward Seahawks on Monday. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Unalaska's record is now 3-7. As for Seward, they now have a winning record of 10-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Unalaska won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Lumen Christi at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Seward, they will challenge Ninilchik at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Ninilchik will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Seward surely won't give up without a fight.
