Volleyball Recap: Palisades Starts Season with Victory Against Berry

Palisades took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Berry Cardinals as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Pumas haven't had any issues with the Cardinals recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Palisades was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-11, 25-15.

Berry is on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Palisades has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Olympic on the 14th. As for Berry, they will head out on the road to take on North Mecklenburg at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
