Soccer Recap: Park View Comes Up Short

Park View managed to slip by Woodgrove the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Patriots came up short against the Wolverines on Monday, falling 5-1. Park View were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Park View dropped their record down to 2-5 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Woodgrove, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Park View will challenge Heritage at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Heritage's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Woodgrove, they will face off against Broad Run at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Woodgrove are facing Broad Run at the right time seeing as Broad Run are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
