Basketball Game Preview: Knippa Crushers vs. Utopia Buffaloes

The Knippa Crushers will head out to face off against the Utopia Buffaloes at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Monday, Knippa came up short against Rocksprings and fell 62-54. The Crushers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Utopia's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They took a 61-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of D'Hanis.

Utopia's defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-3. As for Knippa, they now have a losing record at 8-9.

Knippa came up short against Utopia in their previous matchup on December 12th, falling 55-45. Can Knippa avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
