Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask New Braunfels Christian Academy). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the John Paul II Centurions 87-27. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 801st, while the Centurions are ranked 1645th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

New Braunfels Christian Academy has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 13-14 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 43.3 points. As for John Paul II, their defeat was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-22.
