Soccer Game Preview: Locke vs. Foshay

The Locke Saints will head out on the road to face off against the Foshay Wolverines at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. Locke's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Locke will head out to face Foshay after giving up their first home loss of the season on Thursday. Locke fell just short of Fremont by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Foshay). They put the hurt on Harbor Teacher with a sharp 10-0 win on Wednesday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Wolverines with their most commanding win of the season.

Foshay's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-1-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 23 goals over those four games. As for Locke, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 6-1-2 and their overall record down to 10-5-3.
