Volleyball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Crowley's Ridge Academy Falcons. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Crowley's Ridge Academy, their victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-2.

Looking ahead, Central will challenge Hoxie at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Crowley's Ridge Academy, they will square off against Westside at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
