Sullivan County hasn't had much luck against Neumann Regional Academy recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Sullivan County Griffins will look to defend their home court against the Neumann Regional Academy Golden Knights at 7:30 p.m.

Sullivan County is headed into the contest having just suffered their biggest loss since February 10, 2024 on Saturday. They lost 59-38 to Northwest Area.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Neumann Regional Academy). They enjoyed a cozy 82-66 victory over Hughesville on Monday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Golden Knights as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Neumann Regional Academy's win came from a few key players Sullivan County will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Andrew Walter, who posted 24 points. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Daiton Thompson, who put up 19 points.

Neumann Regional Academy's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-8. As for Sullivan County, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 7-3.
