Basketball Recap: Noxubee County Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Noxubee County can now relate to. They took a 53-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the South Pike Eagles on Saturday.

Noxubee County has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season. As for South Pike, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-9.

As of now, neither Noxubee County nor South Pike have any future games scheduled.
