Baseball Recap: Kuna Comes Up Short

Kuna saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Cienega Bobcats by a score of 10-9.

Max Sperry was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-5 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run. Roper Allen was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one run and one double.

Kuna's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Cienega, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-7-1.

Kuna has already played their next contest, a 10-0 win against Sahuaro on the 19th. As for Cienega, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 10-0 loss against Skyline on the 18th.
