Softball Recap: High Point Gets the Win

High Point had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the NV - Demarest Norsemen 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

High Point's win bumped their record up to 21-6. As for NV - Demarest, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 19-9.

Coming up, High Point will take on Pascack Valley on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Wildcats 2.8, the Indians 2) so any runs scored will be well earned. NV - Demarest does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
