Basketball Recap: Rocklin Continues Road Dominance on Monday

While Rocklin's win against Ponderosa wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Thunder skirted past the Bruins 59-57. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Thunder have posted since February 27th.

Ponderosa lost on Monday despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Jacob Rodda, who posted nine points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaksen Piazza, who earned ten points and five rebounds.

Rocklin's win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.9 points over those games. As for Ponderosa, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.
