Basketball Recap: Westside Piles Up the Points Against Houston Math Science & Tech

There's no place like home for Westside, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They took their match on Saturday with ease, bagging a 64-14 win over the Houston Math Science & Tech Tigers. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Wolves had established a 44 point advantage.

Westside's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jakaila Matlock, who went 6 of 9 on her way to 13 points. Garlynn Grant was another key player, going 5 for 9 en route to 11 points and six steals.
