Basketball Game Preview: Cook County Vikings vs. Two Harbors Agates

Cook County is 0-10 against Two Harbors since December of 2019 but things could change on Tuesday. Having just played yesterday, the Vikings will head out on the road to face off against the Agates at 6:30 p.m. Cook County will be strutting in after a win while Two Harbors will be coming in after a defeat.

Cook County played against Stella Maris Academy on Monday and won via forfeit.

On Friday, Two Harbors lost to Greenway/Nashwauk-Keewatin on the road by a 69-52 margin.

Cook County is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.9 points over those games. As for Two Harbors, their loss dropped their record down to 15-9.

Cook County suffered a grim 65-44 defeat to Two Harbors in their previous meeting back in January. Can the Vikings avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
