Softball Recap: Northern Bedford County Comes Up Short

Northern Bedford County lost against Claysburg-Kimmel back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Panthers came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 13-1. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northern Bedford County saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kasey McElgin, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Northern Bedford County's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Claysburg-Kimmel, the win keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

Northern Bedford County has already played their next match, a 7-4 victory against Tussey Mountain on the 17th. As for Claysburg-Kimmel, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 14-0 win against Curwensville on the 17th.
