Basketball Recap: Wheeler Piles Up the Points Against Tremont

Wheeler had to skate by with only a two-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 43-point drubbing they dealt Tremont on Tuesday. The Wheeler Eagles took their matchup with ease, bagging an 82-39 victory over the Tremont Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 62-33 back in December of 2024.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Nathan Crenshaw, who went 7 for 12 on his way to 17 points and six rebounds. The dominant performance gave Crenshaw a new career-high in points. Cooper Platt was another key player, putting up ten points.
