Basketball Recap: Ryan Comes Up Short

After flying high against Geronimo last Friday, Ryan came back down to earth. The Ryan Cowboys were outmatched by the Duke Tigers and fell 86-48. While losing is never fun, the Cowboys can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 353rd, while the Tigers are ranked 136th).

Ryan's loss dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Duke, they have been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Ryan nor Duke have any future games scheduled.
