Volleyball Recap: Rains Comes Up Short

Rains lost against Paris back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Rains fell 2-0 to Paris. Rains just can't catch a break and has now endured three defeats in a row.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-14.

Paris was led to victory by Clary Biard and Audrey Del Toro. Biard had seven aces, while Del Toro had nine digs. Those seven aces gave Biard a new career-high.

Rains' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Paris, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Rains didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Mt. Pleasant on the 15th. As for Paris, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Mount Vernon on the 14th.
