Annapolis won the last time they faced Romulus and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cougars blew past the Eagles 12-3. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won three contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

Annapolis' win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6. As for Romulus, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Looking ahead, Annapolis will square off against Farmington at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Romulus will be paying especially close attention to the Cougars' matchup: after the Cougars face off against the Falcons, they'll take on Romulus again at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
