Volleyball Recap: Layton Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Layton Christian Academy and Richfield squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Layton Christian Academy had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Wildcats. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Layton Christian Academy now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Richfield, their victory bumped their record up to 12-17.

Looking ahead, Layton Christian Academy will square off against Emery at 1:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Richfield, they will take on Canyon View at 1:30 p.m. on Monday. The Falcons will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight.
