Football Recap: North Union Piles Up the Points Against Shawnee

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Union). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Shawnee Braves 48-14. The win was familiar territory for the Wildcats, who have now won three contests in a row.

North Union's record is now 6-3. As for Shawnee, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. North Union is set to face off against their familiar foe Graham Local at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Shawnee will challenge rival Benjamin Logan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
