St. Joseph and Joel Barlow squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but St. Joseph had to settle for second. They came up short against the Falcons, falling 3-0. The Cadets' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

St. Joseph's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Joel Barlow, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

St. Joseph does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Joel Barlow, they will take on Newtown at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
