Brayden Brown leads a balanced attack to beat Springfield

Recap: Twin Valley Wildcats vs. Springfield Cosmos

The Twin Valley Wildcats won the last time they faced the Springfield Cosmos, and things went their way on Monday too. Twin Valley walked away with a 48-35 win over Springfield. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Twin Valley.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Twin Valley to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brayden Brown, who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds and five steals. That's the first time this season that Brown pulled down eight or more rebounds. Another player making a difference was Noah Dornburgh, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds and three steals.

Twin Valley's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Springfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.

Twin Valley will stay at home for another game and welcome Woodstock at 7:00 p.m. on January 17th. Woodstock will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. As for Springfield, they will head out on the road to face off against White River Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in White River Valley's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six matchups.
