Masuk took a nine-run defeat the last time they faced off against New Fairfield, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Panthers skirted past the Rebels 11-9. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Panthers considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

Fulchino was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-5 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jackson Zylick, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Christopher Cascella also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Masuk always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .568. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as New Fairfield only posted an OBP of .389.
