Baseball Recap: Northview Takes a Loss

Northview saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Costa Mesa Mustangs by a score of 3-1.

Northview's loss dropped their record down to 8-8-1. As for Costa Mesa, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Northview will be playing at home against Covina at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Costa Mesa, they will take on Beckman in a tournament on Wednesday. The Patriots will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Mustangs surely won't give up without a fight.
