Meanwhile, Arvada West made easy work of Centaurus on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win.

Arvada West not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Centaurus between 13 and 16 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-16, 25-16.

Pomona's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Arvada West, they pushed their record up to 8-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.
