Football Game Preview: Kiski Area Cavaliers vs. Greater Latrobe Wildcats

The Kiski Area Cavaliers will take on the Greater Latrobe Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Kiski Area will be strutting in after a victory while Greater Latrobe will be coming in after a defeat.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Kiski Area turned things around against Franklin Regional on Friday. They walked away with a 14-7 win over the Panthers.

Meanwhile, Greater Latrobe lost 33-9 to Woodland Hills on Friday. The Wildcats have struggled against the Wolverines recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Greater Latrobe's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Kiski Area, their victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-4.

Everything went Kiski Area's way against Greater Latrobe when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as Kiski Area made off with a 36-13 win. Will the Cavaliers repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
