Alpha Omega Academy put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with an 8-5 victory over the Frassati Catholic Falcons. The Lions' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Alpha Omega Academy's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Frassati Catholic, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Alpha Omega Academy will host Round Top-Carmine at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Alpha Omega Academy's pitching crew has only allowed 3.2 runs per game this season, so Round Top-Carmine's hitters will have their work cut out for them. Frassati Catholic will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Kelly Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on March 6th.
