Volleyball Recap: Falmouth's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

If Falmouth was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Deering on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Navigators fell 3-1 to the Thornton Academy Trojans on Thursday. The Navigators were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trojans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 22-25, 25-22, 25-15.

Having lost for the first time this season, Falmouth fell to 2-1. As for Thornton Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Falmouth has already played their next game (against Greely), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Thornton Academy, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Gorham on the 13th.
