Softball Game Preview: Times Squared Academy Eagles vs. Middletown Islanders

The Times Squared Academy Eagles will face off against the Middletown Islanders at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Times Squared Academy has given up an average of 15.2 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Friday just wasn't the day for Times Squared Academy's offense. They came up short against Shea on Friday, falling 20-0. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Times Squared Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.
