Bryson posted their closest win since March 1, 2024 on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Perrin-Whitt Pirates. The win was familiar territory for the Cowboys, who have now won six matches in a row.

Bryson pushed their record up to 6-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Admittedly, the team didn't face the toughest opposition across those games, namely Perrin-Whitt, Saint Jo, and Bellevue. As for the Pirates, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Bryson is set to square off against their familiar foe Bellevue at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Perrin-Whitt will take on rival Saint Jo at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
