Football Recap: Kapolei Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last four matchups, Kapolei finally came back down to earth on Saturday. They received a blow as they fell 21-7 to the Kahuku Red Raiders. The game marked the Hurricanes' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Kapolei's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Kahuku, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kapolei will head out to challenge St. John's at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday. As for Kahuku, they will venture away from home to square off against Campbell at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Red Raiders will need to watch out since the Sabers have now posted at least 31 points in their last three matchups.
