Baseball Game Preview: Gadsden Panthers vs. Mayfield Trojans

For the second straight game, Gadsden will face off against Mayfield. The Panthers will head out on the road to challenge the Trojans at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Gadsden has struggled recently with ten losses in a row, while Mayfield will arrive with four straight wins.

Mayfield hit Gadsden with a six-run seventh inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Panthers lost 16-2 to the Trojans.
