Soccer Game Preview: Everest vs. East Palo Alto Academy

The Everest Snow Leopards will head out on the road to face off against the East Palo Alto Academy Bulldogs at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. Everest will be strutting in after a victory while East Palo Alto Academy will be coming in after a loss.

Everest's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Summit Shasta as Everest made off with a 6-0 win. The game marked the Snow Leopards' most dominant victory of the season.

Meanwhile, East Palo Alto Academy entered their contest against El Primero on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. East Palo Alto Academy fell just short of El Primero by a score of 4-3.

Everest has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those five games. As for East Palo Alto Academy, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-3.
