Baseball Recap: Lawrence County Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Lawrence County blew Brooks out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Brooks got their revenge. The Red Devils fell just short of the Lions by a score of 4-2. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Red Devils couldn't push the score so high this time.

Lawrence County saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Braylon Dame, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Lawrence County's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 22-9. As for Brooks, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 10-19 record.

Lawrence County didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 6-3 win against Fairview on the 18th. Brooks does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
